Strengthening cooperation in Africa ahead of Zamba Heritage Congress

Countries across Africa are intensifying coordination with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) ahead of the inaugural Zamba Heritage Congress, scheduled for February 10–12 in Nairobi, Kenya. In the Congo Basin, FSC held the first set of Zamba engagements in 2025. This Africa-led initiative confronts mounting pressures on African forests while unlocking their economic potential through sustainable management.
